Groups because the power of group energy can bring about more powerful collective healing, it also gives the message that you are not alone.

Online via zoom, so no need to travel and more ability to keep costs low to allow people to attend
more regular sessions, whilst also making it more affordable for those on lower budgets.

Time: 8.30pm to 9.30/9.40pm
(enough time to put wee ones to bed & make this time your time, finishing in time for you to do last minute
things before heading off for hopefully a good night's sleep)
Investment in You:
£4.00 as minimum payment (per session) - which could be affordable even as 1 session per month
£7.50 standard payment; £10.00 if you are able to gift a little

I am also considering offering some small group (4 to 6 people max) low cost mind/body/mental-emotional-exploring the self on a deeper level sessions (weekly, fortnightly and or monthly). These would be a firm commitment to attend over a longer term to really build the group community,
a place where it feels safe to be seen and heard, supported and not alone.

Running every Monday evening at 7.30pm for approx. an hour. This class is a general class for people who have done at least half of the basic fundamental movements, where we dive deeper into exploration of the movements you already know whilst bringing in more movements that get into places in slightly different ways.

Somatic Exercise Movement Class Time: 1.30pm to 3pm
Gentle lazy movements to wake up the body from it's contracted state, bring ease to tight muscles,
give freedom to your movement and increase your energy flow around the body
Investment in you: £15 per class, pre booking required as numbers will be limited to just 10 people
No previous experience required. Yoga mat required, clothing that doesn't restrict your movement.
We move at the speed of a Slothe - so warm layers, and extra socks are advisable as you may cool very easily.

TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEYS: LIVING LIFE SOMATICALLY
WORKSHOPS with the aim of helping you to understand yourself from a deeper level perspective.
It is my belief that if we can understand ourselves on a deeper Somatic level, we can learn to "work with" our nervous system in order to feel more in control and able to travel through life with more ease.
Exploring: How and Where Stress gets Stuck - Physically, Emotionally, Mentally, the connection with
the nervous system and our subconscious patterning; the impact of all on our energy levels, and how we can
so easily get stuck in a vicious circle as one impacts on the other.
A deeper look at YOUR Nervous Systems reactions to life's experience; ways to de-escalate, step out of them, rebalance, ground and come back into yourself.
Exploring your Resilience tools and what you actually gain from doing them; how to integrate the shifts and changes so you can use them to better effect and better support yourself in life ~ through life.
Explore the Physical Body: how it reacts to stress, tension, trauma. How our nervous systems Flight, Fight and Freeze reactions impact on our physical muscles as much as our postural habits do; How both can become habituated over time. Why tight muscles are not an aging issue, and taking them to the gym is not the answer - but learning how to release them is! You will also learn Somatic Exercise Movements to begin to bring ease to your physical body, which when done regularly help you to become more aware of how it reacts to stressors, and understand your postural habits too.

A note from Susan:
April 2024 - The Transformational Journey workshops are on pause at the moment as I am coming to the last few
weeks of a 3-4 year Advanced Clinical Diploma as a Psycho-Tactile Psychotherapist, and I need to get written work completed and submitted on time for the completion dates. So I have decided to pause these workshops to give me an extra day for essay writing.
If you are interested in them though, please do reach out and let me know and I will keep you in the loop for
any future dates.
Time: 10.30am to 4pm
Full Day workshops which will include: A presentation in the morning and some self exploration/group discussion;
Includes some modules of TA (Transactional Analysis) to help with deeper understanding of the self.
The afternoon: I will share a handout takeaway to aid further self exploration to begin to understand yourself on a deeper level; finishing with a closing Meditation to soothe the nervous system and anchor the days outcomes.
The workshops can be taken as stand-alone days, or commit to the whole series as a Transformational Journey

Primal Touch Exchange
Primal Touch uses techniques that, through the latest research, have been proven to directly affect and impact
our Nervous System's Flight, Fight and Freeze responses and bring it back into regulation.
Discharging the Nervous System on a regular basis, means that we are more able to be in a present time-here and now functioning place - able to be at our best, whilst being more able to process times of stress, and regain
a regulated inner state of homeostasis more easily.
Learning how to do Primal Touch Exchange with your partner, spouse, close family member (son, daughter, etc)
is a fabulous aid to supporting a balanced healthy lifestyle.
Life isn't a flat line, and brings with it challenges & daily as well as life stressors -
exams for children - adults too! Death, illness, challenges at work etc etc
Primal Touch Exchange can be taught in groups or 1:1 (come with your exchange partner)
We cover touch protocols, what is safe touch - and what isn't.
Learn to work with "what's right for the receiver" - because what works for them, might not work for you.
The techniques are super easy, and it is a set sequence - just 15 minutes per person -
