 ONLINE GROUP SESSIONs

2026

 

After an extremely busy couple of years in which I have worked 10-14 hour days on some days to

supply evening online sessions which didn't allow any recovery time from the day, I had to take the decision

at the end of 2025, to change some of my programme.

As I step into 2026 and towards 68 years of age, to enable me to find a more readily sustainable therapeutic Work-Life balance, which will support both me, clients and class/workshop attendees for many years to come, 

I am going to take time to decide and work through what that programme might look like.


It has long been a consideration of mine to run some small group online (6 to 8 people max) low cost mind/body/mental-emotional-exploring the self on a deeper level sessions (weekly, fortnightly and or monthly).  These would be a firm commitment to attend over a longer term to really build the group community,

a place where it feels safe to be seen and heard, supported and not alone.

However, at the moment due to an ever perpetuating wait list for 1:1 sessions, I have no idea how I might facilitate this online, but I do have plans for a monthly/bi monthly in person group - see further down the page.

Trauma Discharge Massage & PSYCHO-TACTILE sessions

are now available within Monastery hours EVERY Wednesday: 10.30am finishing at 4pm

Offering a mixture of TDM Sessions to discharge Ambient Trauma with the aim of building Resilience

- 60 minutes in length;  Investment in you: £60 per 60 minute session

 Psycho-Tactile sessions - Include deeper explorations of stuck stress/sticky/embedded Trauma, along with

discharging the nervous system from what you may be carrying on a deeper life long level. Looking at Life Script Belief patterns of behaviour along with support to put new patterns in place.

Sessions are 90 minutes and the Investment in you: £80 per session

Please note: The first session is an Introductory session to discuss/explore what you are seeking help with, what your aims & goals are, and if my work and the sessions might work for you. Most clients then go on to take a series of sessions through what can be just 4 sessions to 12/24 months or more.

Each journey is specific to the client - there are no rules re timescales.

Due to unprecedented demand I am currently running a full diary and so taking a wait /cancellation list

only for new client appointments. I am therefore not able to facilitate drop in ad-hoc appointments

Sessions there are 1.5 hours in length (I do not offer shorter length sessions at my private therapy room).

MONTHLY SUNDAY CLASSES & WORKSHOPS:

TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEYS: LIVING LIFE SOMATICALLY


Due to circumstances out with my control I am not able to release, at the moment, my Sunday 2026 programme. I hope to do so asap.

My classes tend to run on the 3rd Sunday in the month, (I am just waiting for information to firm things up).


My plan for January through to July is to run:

  •  Monthly Somatic Movement class - for greater freedom of movement and self connection (open to anyone who wants to take a regular journey towards connection with the body: more freedom in their movement,  explore how we hold stress, tension, trauma from a physical perspective). 


  • Monthly or Bi-monthly: Working Creatively with the body for deeper self growth and understanding from a Psycho-therapeutic perspective. These sessions require attendees to be at a place of reasonable resilience to be able to self monitor and self support any triggers that may arise from the sessions. The session will be supported - but you need to be able to self reflect and self support out with the session - or reach out for support to be able to process what might come up for you.  (These sessions are not for you IF you are looking to resource yourself to be resilient - there is a difference!)

Living Life Somatically - Radical Self Care


A SERIES OF 3 MINI WORKSHOPS

It is my Intention that the Below Workshops will be run on an annual basis

Exploring the Mind-Body-Nervous System-Deep Psyche Connection,

and The Language of YOUR Nervous System.

With the aim that through deeper understanding,

able to feel more in control of what your nervous system does subconsciously,

and navigate your way through life with more ease.


Time of all workshops: 11am to 1.30pm

Workshop 1: Sunday September date: TBC-  

Exploring the Link between the Mind Body Nervous System Deeper Psyche Connection, and the impact they

have on each other which keeps us stuck in a loop; 

How the the Body Somatizes our Nervous System's reactions to Life Experiences.


Workshop 2: Sunday October date: TBC-  

Understanding the Language of "Your" Nervous System so YOU can learn to live Life from a more

Somatic Perspective If we can SENSE it, If we can FEEL it, We Can take back control and Change it.....

First we need to Understand it!

As Unique Human Beings - we need to Understand our OWN Nervous System and What OUR NS reactions are,

so we can Self Monitor and come back into our Own Sense of Self


Workshop 3: Sunday November date: TBC-  

Underpinning Yourself with Tools that truly work FOR YOU, so that Life flows with more ease and you are able

to rebalance more easily through Life's experiences

One size does not fit all.  I underpin myself to help my life flow easier in a very unique to me way -

The aim of this workshop is to help YOU to explore what works for YOU... so you know what tool TRULY works

FOR YOU, so you can rebalance and come back to self with more ease.

  

Each day will also include at least one Self Soothe Somatic Meditation to rebalance, calm and soothe the Nervous System

ONLINE SOMATIC EXERCISE MOVEMENT CLASS:

Running monthly on Monday evenings at 7.30pm for approx. 45 minutes

Please note: this class is a general-Mid Level class (NOT a beginners class) it is for people who have done at least half of the basic fundamental  movements, and want to do more regular practice and where we dive deeper into exploration of the basic movements you already know whilst bringing in more movements that get into places in slightly different ways.

Investment in you:  £10 per class

Primal Touch Exchange


Primal Touch uses techniques that, through the latest research, have been proven to directly affect and impact

our Nervous System's Flight, Fight and Freeze responses and bring it back into regulation. 

Discharging the Nervous System on a regular basis, means that we are more able to be in a present time-here and now functioning place - able to be at our best, whilst being more able to process times of stress, and regain 

a regulated inner state of homeostasis more easily.


Learning how to do Primal Touch Exchange with your partner, spouse, close family member (son, daughter, etc)

is a fabulous aid to supporting a balanced healthy lifestyle. 

Life isn't a flat line, and brings with it challenges & daily as well as life stressors -

exams for children - adults too! Death, illness, challenges at work etc etc


Primal Touch Exchange can be taught in groups or 1:1 (come with your exchange partner)

We cover touch protocols, what is safe touch - and what isn't. 

Learn to work with "what's right for the receiver" - because what works for them, might not work for you.

The techniques are super easy, and it is a set sequence - just 15 minutes per person -

seated/slumped over a pile of pillows on the kitchen table

  • As a Touch Therapist of many many years I know the value of touch, I also know the value of giving massage touch as much as receiving!  I have also been working with soothing the nervous system since 2007, and as part of the Advanced Clinical Psycho-Tactile Psychotherapy diploma I am currently undertaking, I have now been Certified as a NeuroTouch Provider to teach Primal Touch Exchange - not to other therapists to work with their clients - but to members of the public to do at home on a regular basis 2-3-4 times a week to enable your nervous system to be in a place of more balanced regulation.  This is not a massage for muscles - this is touch that specifically soothes and rebalances the nervous system. Think rocking babies, the soothing touch stroking pets - they can also work on you!  These workshops & learning sessions will teach you how to do it!
